Steps

  1. Start from two or three business outcomes the board already tracks.
  2. Break each outcome into the drivers AI can move.
  3. Attach current use cases to drivers. Unattached use cases are candidates to stop.
  4. Agree a baseline, a target and a named business owner per driver.
